This is to inform all concerned that the Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education has decided to organize 36th Annual Convocation in Dr. K S Krishnan Auditorium on April, 13th, 2024.
The Students, who have cleared all the prescribed norms for the award of the degree in 36h convocation i.e. 2023-2024 passed out students, have to fill out the ONLINE application form.
An applicant must submit their application form through online only. The online form will be available from 22.03.2024 at 5.00 PM onwards on the website: https://convocation.kalasalingam.ac.in/.
All the applicants should pay Rs. 750/- (Certification fees) in the portal before registering for the convocation which is mandatory for attending convocation.
The Last date to fill out the online form and submit the same on or before 10.04.2024 (5 pm).
It is mandatory for all the graduates to come and confirm their presence on campus in the registration desk (in front of 8th block) on the day of convocation (13-04-2024) before 9.30 am for Morning Session and 12 pm for Afternoon session.
Convocation dress will be provided in the indoor stadium after the registration process is over in the respective venue. In this regard, they have to pay Rs.250 (Caution deposit + Convocation dress) after the convocation function Rs.200 will be refunded.
Graduates alone will be allowed in the Convocation Hall. Family members will be allowed in separate halls where they can view the live telecast.
Lunch will be provided for all members in the Convocation function.
